Pakistan Announced its 18-player men’s side for the Asia Cup 2023 and the three match series between PAK VS AFG. Sri Lanka will host the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The team for the Afghanistan series included Tayyab Tahir, Faheem Ashraf, and Saud Shakeel. The only members of the team that did not play in the five ODIs against New Zealand in April and May were Shan Masood and Ihsanullah.

Unfortunate omissions were pacer Ihsanullah and former vice captain Shan Masood, who were both injured. Return of Faheem: Pakistan vs AFG
