Declan Rice, a former player for England’s West Ham United, has signed a long-term contract with Arsenal.
The 24-year-old midfielder has extensive experience, having played 245 times in the Premier League for the Hammers and earning 43 caps for England. Declan began his junior career with Chelsea. But in 2014 he made his senior debut on the last day of the 2016–17 season. At the age of 18, and he remained a vital member of their first-team squad for the next six years.
After being chosen captain in May 2022, he led the Hammers to the Europa Conference League championship in June. He was honored as the league’s Most Valuable Player by UEFA. He was a mainstay in the England national squad. Declan appeared in both the Euro 2020 and 2022 FIFA World Cup tournaments.
Rice has excellent skills
